The firm was founded in 1970. Its attorneys are skilled in commercial and real estate litigation, banking, savings and loan, commercial transactions and real estate matters. This includes sales, purchases, financing, title examinations, loan closings, loan workouts, foreclosures and receiverships for multimillion dollar commercial properties, residential properties and undeveloped land. We are experienced in negotiation and drafting of complex commercial and corporate contracts, loan instruments and other transactional documentation. Our experience with these matters extends to involvement in the areas of bankruptcy, eviction, trusts, estates and corporations.

Attorneys in our firm have represented clients in all Iowa State and Federal Courts at the trial and appellate levels, including the U.S. 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.
