are approved counsel for VA, FHA, FNMA and FHLMC and our processing
time-frames and fee schedules for standard actions are based on established
regulatory guidelines. We are also approved as FHLMC Designated Counsel. We
provide additional assistance for clearing title defects and contested
matters at a reasonable hourly rate. We
assist client mitigation efforts by providing trained staff to supply
borrowers with accurate and timely information to cure defaults. In 2004, we
facilitated reinstatement and payoff resolution for over 50% of our referral
volume.
